What we collect

Account information you provide when you sign up: your name, email address, and optionally your company and job title. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google — nothing else, and we do not request access to any other Google service.

Product usage: which sections of the application you open, and actions you take such as exporting a report or starting a connection. We use this to understand which parts of the product are useful and to follow up on evaluations.

For connected Snowflake accounts: cost and query metadata read from ACCOUNT_USAGE and INFORMATION_SCHEMA — warehouse names and sizes, credit consumption, query identifiers, execution statistics, and query text. We do not read, copy or store the contents of your tables.

What we do not collect

We never request or store your Snowflake password. Connections use OAuth, and we store only a refresh token, encrypted at rest, which you can revoke from your Snowflake account at any time.

We do not have write access to your data. The privileges the application requests are read-only.

Why we process it

To provide the service: producing cost analysis is the purpose you signed up for.

To contact you about your evaluation or your account.

To improve the product, using aggregated usage patterns.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run the product on our behalf — hosting, our database provider, transactional email, and product analytics. Each processes data only on our instructions.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share your Snowflake cost data with anyone outside the providers above.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account exists and deleted on request.

Snowflake cost metadata for a connected account is kept while the connection exists and deleted when you disconnect it.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Disconnecting a Snowflake account removes the stored token immediately.
